I’m the woman behind The Imperfekt Corner — a creative space for women 40+ who want to learn AI, create with confidence, and stop feeling like technology has passed them by.

I didn’t start because I knew everything.

I started curious.

I wrote prompts that didn’t work.
I made some ugly AI pictures. 😂
I changed things, tried again, and slowly started figuring it out.

And somewhere along the way, I realized this was about more than learning software.

It was proof that I could still learn something new.

That I could still create.

That I could still start over.

And that I was definitely not too late.

Why I Created The Imperfekt Corner

I know what it feels like to look at all this new technology and think:

“Everybody else already knows what they’re doing.”

“I’m not techy enough.”

“Maybe I’m too old to learn this.”

The Imperfekt Corner was created to make AI feel less intimidating and more doable — especially for women who need someone to explain it without all the confusing tech talk.

I love creating things that are useful, fun, encouraging, and sometimes inspired by my Memphis roots.
